Rome Airport Transportation Terms and Conditions of service, the booking system and Payment System Book a service : the customer accepts the terms and conditions listed below. Night time hours are from 07:00 pm to 06:00 am. Any transfer that took place during the night is charged in addition to the 20% (we only accept paypal or credit card for night service). You can choose to pay normal services: Cash directly to your driver, prepaid online (Paypal or Credit Card add 5%). For reservations e-mail sent after 7:00 pm (office closed) we can not ensure no car service prior to 24 hours the next day. Our service is a private transfer (only for you and your family members). not shared services with other passengers. Our prices are per vehicle and not per each passenger. Our prices included: VAT. meet & greet service in airports, ports and stations, parking permits and sign with your surname. We ensure our service every day of the year. We can not offer the service the following holiday dates: 24/12 - 25/12 - 26/12 - 1/01 - 1/05 - 2/06 - 15/08 and Easter day. Please note that children are counted as passengers. This is important when you consider the size of the vehicle. There is an additional cost 10.00 euro if a CAR SEAT / BABY SUPPORTER is required. The passenger must specify the age of the child or her weight on the comments section on the booking form. Each additional pick up or set down passengers not covered by the initial reservation will result in a charge of EUR 25.00 for each additional levy or set down in the center of Rome. Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time for their transfer, particularly passengers traveling to the airport. Allow an hour to get to the airport, even though it only takes about 45 minutes under "normal" traffic. Remember that you have to be at the airport two hours before your flight. The flight scheduled arrival time is a very important point of reference for the Meeting Point in airports. The pick up time is based on it. Waiting Time Policy: There are no hidden costs / additional added to the total cost shown in the booking confirmation. only An additional charge per extra wait hour (amount in the range 20-30 euro, depending on the vehicle booked) can be applied for 75 minutes after your flight landed. Our minivan are insured for up to 8 passengers and 12 Baggage. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger with excess baggage that would mean that the vehicle is dangerous on the road. Please call our office if you can not find the driver at the designated meeting point. (MEETING POINT) Your personal driver will meet you at the Meeting Point designated within the waiting at the airport with a sign with your name.
